The judge has decided to send the former mayor of Móstoles, Noelia Posse, to the dock for another alleged PSOE scheme to split contracts.
The magistrate points out indications of prevarication in Posse’s management at the helm of the Department of Environment.
It is claimed that the principles of freedom of access to tenders, plurality, and transparency in procedures among the candidates who applied were not followed.

It is alleged that around 385,000 euros were fraudulently awarded.
Posse is under investigation in other proceedings for possible irregularities committed during her tenure as mayor and councilor.
The current mayor of Móstoles, Manuel Bautista, speaks of opaque management by the previous council and of compensating the municipal treasury.
