
Starting in Móstoles ‘Madrid Puerta Oeste’, one of the most important industrial areas in the region and the central Iberian Peninsula. With an area of 1,970,549 m2, equivalent to 270 football fields.
Located in the SUS-P2, SUS-P3, and SUS-P4 sectors of the General Urban Planning Plan of the city, they ensure that it will be the largest industrial estate near the capital since Lisbon, thanks to the access to the A-5 and the M-50.
The Mayor of Móstoles, Manuel Bautista, visited today the plots planned for this development, accompanied by the Minister of Environment, Agriculture, and Interior, Carlos Novillo, and municipal and regional representatives.
