The Madrid Community Firefighters have declared the fire that broke out in the last hour of this Monday on a property located on the border between the towns of Alcorcón and Móstoles as under control, with no injuries reported.
According to Emergencias 112 Comunidad de Madrid, the Alcorcón units have already withdrawn, but three units of the Madrid Community Firefighters will remain in the area to cool the terrain and extinguish hot spots.
The wind has contributed to its rapid spread
Up to eight units of the Madrid Community Firefighters have been dispatched to the scene to assist local units in quelling the flames.

The fire, which spread rapidly due to the wind, has prompted numerous calls to emergency services, as there are homes located just a few meters from the affected property, Fuente Cisneros, while the Emergency Medical Service of the Madrid Community, Summa 112, has deployed a preventive medical response that did not need to attend to anyone.
