La Escuela de Danza de la Casa Regional de Castilla y León en Móstoles ofreció un espectáculo para recaudar fondos para el proyecto, impulsado por la parroquia de Nuestra Señora de la Asunción de Móstoles y respaldado por Cáritas, con la colaboración del Ayuntamiento de Móstoles. El acceso al festival de flamenco requería un donativo de 3 euros, destinado a apoyar a mujeres y familias en situación de vulnerabilidad. El evento contó con la participación de la Escuela de Danza de la Casa Regional de Castilla y León en Móstoles, que presentó su arte flamenco en el escenario del Centro Cultural Villa de Móstoles. El alcalde de Móstoles, Manuel Bautista, y el presidente de la Casa Regional de Castilla y León en Móstoles, Enrique Fernández, asistieron al evento, junto con otros miembros de la Corporación municipal. El donativo recaudado se destinará al Proyecto Miriam, que brinda apoyo a mujeres y familias en situación de vulnerabilidad, ofreciendo ayuda para cubrir necesidades básicas y brindando asistencia integral en áreas como apoyo psicológico, orientación legal, formación laboral y social. El alcalde destacó la solidaridad de los ciudadanos de Móstoles y agradeció a los organizadores y participantes por su contribución a esta causa benéfica.

The 3 euro donation will go towards supporting the Miriam Project, promoted by the parish of Nuestra Señora de la Asunción, which aims to provide support to women and families in vulnerable situations. The Miriam Project focuses on offering assistance to cover basic needs such as food, clothing, personal hygiene products, pharmacy products, medications, or specific baby items (such as strollers, high chairs, cribs, etc.). Additionally, it provides these women with comprehensive support including psychological assistance, guidance or legal advice, training and employment resources, or labor and social support.

The Mayor of Móstoles emphasized that «Móstoles is a city of solidarity.
