Comienza Móstoles The Filmoteca con John Houston y Blake Edwards
Monthly programming of Móstoles The Filmoteca begins on February 5 with «Breakfast at Tiffany’s» directed by Blake Edwards and starring Audrey Hepburn.
Holly Golightly in New York is a cheerful young woman, though with somewhat extravagant behavior. One day, she moves into the same building as Paul Varjak, a writer who, while waiting for a success that never comes, lives with a mature woman.
On Wednesday 12th, the featured film will be «Mr. Ibrahim and the Flowers of the Koran» directed by François Dupeyron and starring Omar Sharif. This French comedy depicts the coexistence of Momo, a young Jewish boy, and Mr. Ibrahim, a quiet Muslim who runs a small shop.

«The Unforgiven» can be viewed on Wednesday 19th. This Western, directed by John Huston, follows Zachary, a farming family whose sons work for the Rawlins family after the death of Mr. Zachary following an attack by the Kiowa Indians.

The moon program concludes with «This Boy Needs Fresh Air» directed by Caroline Link on Wednesday 26th. This comedy tells the story of Hape Kerkeling, one of Germany’s most famous comedians.

The films will be shown every Wednesday of the month at 6.30 pm at the Sociocultural Center of the University of the North.
Remember that tickets are free (four per person) and can be obtained from Monday to Friday at the center’s reception until capacity is reached. Tickets will be numbered and reserved until 10 minutes before the start of the screening.
