Ayuda de hasta 2,500 euros en Móstoles para promover la autonomía personal

The Móstoles Municipal Council provides financial assistance of up to 2,500 euros to promote the autonomy of individuals with significant disabilities, dependents, or rare diseases.

The financial aid is intended for the purchase of products such as wheelchairs, communicators, adjustable beds, and home modifications like bathroom renovations or accessible doors.

Applications for these subsidies can cover any expenses until June 1, 2024, by May 31, 2025 (both dates inclusive).

Requirement

To qualify, individuals must be registered in the municipality, hold Spanish nationality or have legal residency status in Spain, and own, rent, or have usufruct over a property where elderly individuals, dependents, persons with disabilities, or rare diseases live, and demonstrate efforts to adapt their homes to enhance autonomy, among other requirements.

The income of the household cannot exceed 1 IPREM for 1 or 2 members; 1.5 times IPREM for 3 members; 1.8 times IPREM for 4 members; 2 times IPREM for 5 members; and 2.2 times IPREM for 6 or more members.

Applications can be submitted at municipal offices, district councils, municipal social services, or through the Móstoles Municipal Council website.

Amount

The maximum subsidization amounts for assistance products are: internal activities €350; personal care and protection products €900; personal mobility support products €950; interior adjustments €1,500; communication and information products €250; personal mobility products €950; furniture for housing €100; and recreation assistance products €950.
